About
‍
You will:

✓ be experienced and knowledgeable in giving Debt Advice to clients and working to quality standards and funder requirements.
‍
✓ have great communication skills and be able to work under pressure to achieve targets and outcomes with minimum supervision.
‍
✓ provide an effective Money Advice casework service.
‍
✓ be confident, motivated and willing to try new things.
‍
✓ work to MaPS, Quality of Advice Framework, ensuring that clients receive their full entitlement to all benefits, appropriate financial capability support and experience a positive customer experience.

Advice sessions will be a combination of telephone, outreach, and home visiting. Raise offers a flexible working pattern, and a blend of home working and office based.
