We offer different types of funded programmes. Please check which one meets your circumstances:

Housing Association Funded Money and Benefits Advice

Our Money and Benefits Advice teams are funded by the following housing associations. If you are a tenant of one of the below you can access our Welfare and Money Advice Services:

  • Torus – Formally Liverpool Mutual Homes, Helena Housing or Golden Gates
  • North West Housing Group
  • Plus Dane
  • Prima Group – Formally Pier Head Housing
  • Family Housing Association

If you are a tenant from One Vision Housing then please speak to your landlord about a referral to us.

If you are a partner organisation and want to refer someone, please log on.

We can also provide money advice to non-funded debt housing associations, private tenants and homeowners living in the Merseyside area.

Our Employment Support is funded by the European Social Fund and The Big Lottery Fund.

Vulnerable Clients Funded @ Home Advice Service

Liverpool City Council funds us to provide advice to Liverpool residents who cannot get to their local advice agency (e.g. CAB) because of disability, caring or other similar barriers.

If you are a health care professional, social worker or other professional and want to make a referral then please register and refer someone to us, please log on.
